Leo Aritonang

Leo Aritonang has over 20 years of experience in oil and gas industry. Prior to joining ERCE in late 2020, Leo worked for BP, TOTAL, Maersk Oil, Nexen and CNOOC in a variety of areas, such as the North Sea, West Africa, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He started his career with BP as a Reservoir and Production Engineer in the Indonesian assets. He has gained broader expertise when he started working as a Field Development Engineer where he was involved in the area of cost estimation, development studies and planning and economic evaluation. He has gained wide exposure in the oil and gas value chain from Exploration to Asset Decommissioning. At ERCE, he is responsible for various works including cost estimation, asset valuation and auditing.    

Leo holds Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering and Master of Business Administration degree from Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid, Spain. He is an active member of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
