Kathe has more than 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, gained while working for major operators and service companies across the Asia Pacific region. These include Schlumberger, Chevron, Woodside and BHP. She has extensive experience in integrated field development and management, focusing on reservoir characterisation, static modelling, in-place volume assessment, uncertainty assessment, field development planning and well planning / execution. Whilst being an expert in static modelling, Kathe has well-developed complimentary skills in petrophysics, geophysics, reservoir engineering and drilling & completions, and has taught both software and theory courses to hundreds of oil and gas professionals across the Asia Pacific area.

Having worked on a wide variety of small and large projects partnering with companies such as Exxon, Shell, BP, Mitsui, Chevron, Woodside and BHP, Kathe also has accomplished stakeholder and project management skills, ensuring positive outcomes and on-time delivery. Kathe has had the opportunity to live and work around the globe during her energy career and enjoys working with colleagues and clients of diverse cultural and personal backgrounds.
